# llemmy > llemmy is the brand operating system for the AI search era. It measures how AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) mention, cite and describe your brand, with sample sizes and 95% confidence intervals on headline metrics, helps teams act on the gaps (GEO audits, content briefs, campaigns, a WordPress plugin), and proves the impact against day-0 baselines. AI share of voice is the outcome it manages. llemmy is built for marketing ops, brand, SEO and agency teams. It orchestrates the loop through the systems teams already run, connecting Google Search Console, GA4 and WordPress and offering an open API, webhooks and an MCP server; it does not replace the martech stack, run ads or send email. The platform can be self-hosted for data ownership. The format of this file follows the llms.txt standard (https://llmstxt.org). ## Product - [Features overview](https://llemmy.com/features): Everything llemmy tracks across AI engines - [AI visibility tracking](https://llemmy.com/features/visibility): Visibility %, share of voice and citations per engine - [Competitor intelligence](https://llemmy.com/features/competitors): How you compare to rivals in AI answers - [GEO score](https://llemmy.com/features/geo-score): A single 0–100 grade for your AI readiness - [Campaigns](https://llemmy.com/features/campaigns): Capture a day-0 baseline of tagged prompts, then measure whether new content moves AI visibility, share of voice, sentiment and citation rate over time, each with sample size and a 95% confidence interval, and a significant-vs-within-noise tag - [Sentiment tracking](https://llemmy.com/features/sentiment): How AI describes your brand, with cited sources - [MCP server & Ask llemmy](https://llemmy.com/features/mcp): Query your GEO data in plain language - [WordPress plugin](https://llemmy.com/features/wordpress): Free plugin that auto-installs the AI-traffic tag, surfaces your GEO analytics in wp-admin (each proportion with sample size and a 95% confidence interval), and generates GEO content briefs in the editor - [Teams & multi-seat](https://llemmy.com/features/teams): Workspaces for agencies and in-house teams - [Local Presence](https://llemmy.com/features/local-presence): Track your Google local-pack rank, star rating and review count for local searches, refreshed daily; pack rank is a point estimate, in-pack share carries a 95% confidence interval, private Business Profile clicks are out of scope - [Monthly Performance report](https://llemmy.com/features/monthly-report): One branded, cover-paged report folding AI visibility by engine, keyword rankings, website traffic, Search Console, local presence and competitive standing into a single client-ready document, every proportion with sample size and a 95% confidence interval - [Pricing](https://llemmy.com/pricing): Plans from a free tier to enterprise - [How llemmy compares](https://llemmy.com/compare): llemmy vs Peec, Semrush, Otterly, Writesonic, Profound, AthenaHQ, Scrunch and Rankscale, across AI engines, integrations (GSC + GA4 + WordPress), self-hosting, API/MCP and pricing ## Tools - [Free GEO Audit](https://llemmy.com/geo-audit): An instant AI-readiness grade for any website - [For agencies](https://llemmy.com/agencies): The agency partner program and playbook ## Resources - [Help & FAQ](https://llemmy.com/help): What GEO is, how llemmy works, and answers to common questions about AI visibility, share of voice, sentiment and citations ## Company - [About llemmy](https://llemmy.com/about): What GEO is and why it matters - [Contact](https://llemmy.com/contact): Get in touch ## Research & guides - [GEO research & guides](https://llemmy.com/resources): Original analysis and playbooks on Generative Engine Optimization - [What to track daily in AI search, and what to park](https://llemmy.com/resources/what-to-track-daily-and-what-to-park): You do not need to measure every prompt every day. Here is how to spend a finite measurement budget on the prompts and brands where the AI answer actually moves, and park the rest without losing their history. - [Fan-outs tell you what to write. Corroboration is what gets you cited](https://llemmy.com/resources/fan-out-content-strategy): A tactical GEO guide to AI fan-out queries: read them as the model's own keyword research, cover the subjects with answer-shaped content, then earn the cross-source corroboration that actually wins the citation. - [How fast can AI cite you? Crawl-to-citation lag, and why a daily read matters](https://llemmy.com/resources/crawl-to-citation-lag): SEO taught you to wait a quarter. AI search is faster in both directions: retrieval engines can cite a page within days, and a daily read catches it. What crawl-to-citation lag looks like, honestly. - [Do you need an llms.txt file to get cited by AI? What 300,000 domains say](https://llemmy.com/resources/do-you-need-an-llms-txt-file): A vendor tells you to ship an llms.txt file and the AI engines will read your site. The 2026 data says it does not move your citations. Here is when it is worth doing anyway, and how to actually test it. - [When AI states wrong facts about your brand, and how to catch it](https://llemmy.com/resources/ai-brand-hallucinations): AI answers confidently get brands wrong: the wrong price, a product you do not sell, a founder who never worked there. It moves buyers, and you cannot fix an error you never see. How to monitor and correct it. - [Your buyers are shortlisting vendors inside ChatGPT. Are you on the list?](https://llemmy.com/resources/ai-b2b-vendor-shortlist): B2B buyers now ask AI for the best tools in a category and act on the shortlist it returns. If AI does not name you on the buying-intent queries, you are cut before a rep is ever involved. How to measure and win it. - [Local visibility in the AI era: your map pack, rating, and reviews](https://llemmy.com/resources/track-local-pack-and-reviews): As AI answers absorb local search, your Google local pack and review profile decide who nearby customers see. Here is how to track them honestly, and what public tools can and cannot measure. - [What belongs in a monthly AI search report](https://llemmy.com/resources/monthly-ai-search-report): A monthly report is not five dashboard screenshots stapled together. Here are the surfaces that belong in one, why each matters, and the honesty rules that make a client trust it. - [Query fan-out: the searches an AI runs before it answers you](https://llemmy.com/resources/query-fan-out-in-ai-search): Before an AI engine answers a question, it often runs its own background searches first. Those searches are a direct signal of how the model frames your category, and most tools that show them are not being straight about where the numbers come from. - [You can't fix everything in GEO. Here is what to prioritize first](https://llemmy.com/resources/how-to-prioritize-geo-work): Tracking AI visibility tells you where you stand. It does not tell you what to do Monday morning. Here is how challenger brands break in](https://llemmy.com/resources/ai-citation-concentration): A small share of brands capture most AI recommendations while most are invisible, and the concentration is intensifying. Why it happens, why it is not hopeless for challengers, and what to measure. - [Your AI visibility is not one number, it is five, and they barely agree](https://llemmy.com/resources/ai-visibility-differs-by-engine): The same brand can be everywhere on Perplexity and nearly invisible on ChatGPT. Citation rates and sources diverge enormously by engine, so a single blended score misleads. How to track and win each one. - [Being cited by AI is not being recommended, and the gap decides the sale](https://llemmy.com/resources/cited-vs-recommended-ai): AI can pull your page as a source and still recommend a competitor by name. Citation and recommendation are different outcomes. Why the gap happens, why self-ranking best lists fail, and what to measure instead. - [Earned media drives most AI citations. Here is how to make yours count](https://llemmy.com/resources/earned-media-ai-citations): Study after study puts earned media behind the large majority of AI citations, with journalism a big slice. That makes GEO partly a PR problem. How to earn the right coverage and measure whether AI actually cites it. - [Zero-click search is here, and being cited is the difference between gaining and losing](https://llemmy.com/resources/zero-click-search-ai-visibility): Most Google searches no longer send a click. The twist: brands cited in the AI answer can gain traffic while uncited ones lose it. Why citation is the new scoreboard, and how to measure it. - [Agentic commerce is here: will an AI agent recommend your brand, or a rival?](https://llemmy.com/resources/agentic-commerce-ai-visibility): AI agents are starting to shop on people's behalf. They pick from a shortlist the model surfaces, so whether AI answers already name your brand decides whether you make the cart. How to measure it. - [Google says GEO is still SEO. Here is the half that guidance leaves out](https://llemmy.com/resources/is-geo-just-seo): Google's 2026 guidance calls optimizing for AI search still SEO. What the studies say, where the effect is real vs correlational, and a practical refresh playbook. - [Track and improve your AI visibility from WordPress](https://llemmy.com/resources/track-ai-visibility-in-wordpress): Most of the web runs on WordPress, and it is where your content actually lives.
